Cosmetic surgery for men

 

Last year I got a phone call from a radio station asking if I would do a live interview on guys training habits in a gym
environment. It quicky turned into an interview on how guys want and the lengths they go to look like "Daniel Craig".

Now I am all for guys looking after themselves to the best of their abilities, but when I saw the above picture in a
magazine today, I just had to wonder if it were April 1st.

I will keep this blog really short by stating that after 21 years of workouts in gyms, there is only one way to get in shape
and that is to invest one hour a day into looking after your health or indeed improving it. Just one hour out of 24 and you
could end up prolonging your life by years. One thing I know for certain is that your quality of life improves once you have
some fitness routine built into your daily lifestyle.

Everything from a brisk walk around your neighbourhood, to a H.I.I.T. treadmill run will suffice. Co-inside that with a decent
eating plan and you are a sure fire winner. Don't use work as an excuse not to exercise. Even a 30 min walk during your
lunch break can make all the difference. If you job entails a lot of walking, then just focus on what you are eating to
get that leaner look.

In summary, the guy in the picture above has love handles big enough for ten pair of hands to get a hold off at the same time!
He doesn't get the fact that even with surgery, that chiseled look will not happen unless you take some good advice from a qualified
professional. Enjoy what God gave you, get a good balance of exercise and eating. Indulge in what you fancy one day a week and
be thankful that you are sill six foot above the ground.
