Its taken me 21 years to figure out and believe me, when it came to my weight loss, the treadmill became my best friend. Just speaking to a guy in the gym today inspired me to write this blog. He is about 2 stone overweight and rarely doing cardio. For similar guys in the past that came into the gym 4 times a week, I recommeded to break up their time into two cardio sessions and two weights days. They saw great imrovements. The number one cardio class should you be inclined is spinning. Off course I have to mention that you can "drop in" to my spinning class anytime during any given month. In A Nutshell : (try this for six weeks, get an assessment before and after the following if possible) Weight Loss Wannabes : Prioritise the cardio equipment.
